From the Atelier

Writing from the people building this.

No publishing schedule. Notes from the founder, from the field and from the research, written when there is something worth saying.

You asked. We built.

What families told us, and what changed because of it.

A gentler entry into the Ocean

You asked
Several Atelier families told us the Ocean materials asked too much of the youngest children too quickly.

We built
We added an entry pathway built around sensory observation and simple investigation, so a child of eighteen months and a child of six can enter the same theme at genuinely different depths.

A field journal you can actually carry

You asked
Travelling families asked for something small enough to take out of the house.

We built
Fieldwork prompts are now grouped as observe, listen, taste, make, measure, map, ask, collect, investigate and reflect — printable on a single page per place.
